Steps to receive remote service

Step 1. Submit a Ticket
Just click this link, read instructions and open a new ticket by filling out as much details as possible regarding your problem with the PC or what exact service you would like us to perform.
Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t hear from us soon!

Step 2. We Connect to Your PC:
After you have provided us with information about the repairs and maintenance needed, our technicians will remotely access and service your computer. We use advanced software that allows us to solve your computer problems without ever being physically present. As we work on your computer, you will be able to see in real time the changes we apply.

Getting the application on your computer is easy. You will receive an email containing a lightweight installer, along with a simple set of instructions for completing the installation. Once the software has been added to your computer our technicians will begin to work. As soon as we finish, the program will automatically remove itself, guaranteeing your safety and security.

Step 3. Get Free PC Diagnostics:
As soon as we connect to your computer, we will begin running required tests in order to quickly discover any issues present in your computer. Our diagnostic tests are performed at absolutely no cost to you. Once we complete our initial testing, we will provide you with a quote for the repairs needed.

Alternatively, you can choose one of our predesigned repair packages. These packages allow you to skip the diagnostic tests, and get directly to fixing your computer.

Step 4. Pay and Receive Service:
Once a quote has been provided, you have the choice to pay by either credit card, debit card or PayPal. Your security is guaranteed in every step of our process. Your money is first placed into escrow, ensuring your safety. Once the payment has been made we will remotely repair your computer.

Following the placement of money into escrow, you have thirty days to decide whether you are completely satisfied with our services. If you do not feel content with our work, you will have the option to have your money refunded to you (please refer to our Terms of Service #3) .
