How do I pay you for repairs?
You have the option of paying via credit card, debit card or very securely via PayPal.
What if I’m not happy with your service?
We will do our best to not let it happen! Our intention is to treat every customer as a trusted friend and ensure satisfaction with our services. However, so that you can be confident in our knowledge and abilities, we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee (please read our TOS).
What will you charge to diagnose my problem?
Zero. Zilch. Nada. We are proud of the fact that we offer free diagnosis, and can give you a quote for our time to repair your computer once the initial testing is complete.
How can I keep my computer running smoothly?
Keep your computer in top shape by installing any updates, especially Windows updates and updates to your antivirus and antispyware software. Most of these programs now have options to schedule the updates and basically put those on auto pilot- make use of this benefit and you won’t even have to remember!
Can you fix laptops remotely?
Yes. If we can access it via remote connection, we can fix it remotely.
What if my computer needs parts and installation?
If you are local to us, we would come to you for onsite services. Otherwise, if we determine some faulty or defective part in your PC that has to be replaced you have 7 days to obtain and replace it before we can continue handling your PC. We will help you to install a new or working part by explaining how using phone line or Internet if you have it on another computer. Otherwise we would suggest a local technician that can help with your problem. However, keep in mind that over 95% of computer problems are software-related. What this means to you is that we can almost always repair your PC remotely.
What can I do if my computer keeps shutting itself down?
Sometimes the inside of your computer gets dusty and clogged, and the fan that cools it just does not do a good job, and it needs a cleaning. Clean the inside of your PC from the dust, if it doesn’t help submit a ticket to our helpdesk to diagnose the problem.
What do I do if I have a blue screen with some explanations and numbers?
Number one, do not panic. Next, read this article and see if you feel comfortable enough to try and troubleshoot it on your own. If no luck, then submit a ticket to us. The “Blue Screen of Death” is not quite as scary as it looks, but it is a sign that you got errors on your hard drive or software errors, or faulty hardware or it’s incampability, or you have picked up a bug or two that is infecting your computer.
What is remote computer repair?
This is the process of having an experienced technician log into your computer via remote access, and then work on it as though he was sitting in the same room with you. This process is safe, convenient, and affordable, and is quickly becoming the norm rather than the exception. How safe is remote repair?
Remote repair is extremely safe. You are connected via 128-bit encryption, just like when you are connected to your bank or an online merchant checkout that is encrypted for safety of your financial information.
Can the techs log back onto my computer later?
No, any connection has to be initiated by you, our customer. When our technicians access your computer a software program temporarily installs to permit access, and we log off when finished and the software automatically uninstalls at that time. You also need to provide us with a Password and ID every time we want to connect to your PC.
How long does it usually take to fix a computer remotely?
The average time is one to two hours, but this can vary widely depending upon the problem. It can be much shorter, as some problems are not time-intensive, and quite a bit longer if the computer is heavily infected with viruses. We will give you a more accurate quote when we diagnose your PC, so you can decide upon a course of action.
It is midnight and my computer is totally screwed up, where can I get help?
Submit a repair ticket. Depending on your location and time zone, it might be within our operating hours. If not, we will answer you as promptly as possible, taking into consideration the time zone where you are.

That depends on the cause, and how handy you are working on computers. But here is a troubleshooting article named “Troubleshooting a slow pc” written by one of our technicians that might help. Anyway it is always better when an experienced technician can look at your computer!
What do your services cost?
Our services are provided either by the predesigned plan or by a quote after PC diagnostics. Please see our pricing guide for further details on costs for repairs.

If you mean will we cut you a deal for sending us a customer, absolutely! We want you to tell friends and family what a great experience you had with our service – just tell them to make sure we know you sent them!
